Retour détonant sur le sol gaulois : Vous savez quand l’avion atterrit et que le commandant de bord annonce une température extérieure locale en totale inadéquation avec les températures qu’on vient de quitter… S’ensuit un » HAAAAN » dubitatif général des passagers (Moi compris) …
Mais, mon retour aurait pu être bien pire car à peine quelques heures après, j’étais conviée à la visite des appartements de Mademoiselle Gabrielle Chanel au 31 rue Cambon (Oui je vous avais dit, il y a largement pire comme remise dans le bain !)
Striking homecoming to France : you know, when the plane lands and the captain announces the local outside temperature that utterly doesn’t match the temperature of the country you’ve just left … All passengers (including myself) give an incredulously « HAAAAN » …
But my homecoming could have been worse, because a few hours later, I was invited to visiting the apartments of Madame Gabrielle Chanel at the 31 rue Cambon (yes, I told you that it’s not the worse way to get back into the swing of things ! )
Une visite assez exceptionnelle et plutôt surprenante. Chez Coco, c’est très Kitsch, voire même un peu too much. Ca aurait été chez ma mamie, j’aurais fait la moue… Mais non, là c’est différent : c’est du Kitsch envoutant et envouté surtout !
Et là vous me prenez pour une folle, mais pourtant les émotions sont bien là. On se dit qu’elle s’est assise là, que chaque bibelot a pu l’inspirer, on cherche des indices un peu partout et on en trouve : Le lustre ou s’entrelacent deux C et ou l’on peut deviner le chiffre 5 très clairement… ou encore la petite cage à oiseaux miniature. ( Précurseuse du collier cage Etsy Gabrielle!) J’en ai profité pour essayer un des nouveaux sacs de la collection Coco Cocoon (Vanessa Paradis reprend le flambeau de Lily Allen , héhé, retour aux sources )
Voilà, je vous laisse visiter chez Coco, on s’essuie bien les pieds pour ne pas salir la moquette d’accord ? Je vous dis à Lundi, j’ai un blouson Sandro à vous présenter je crois

An exceptional and rather surprising visit … It’s very Kitsch by Coco, even a bit too much, if it was my grandma’s house, I would certainly have looked doubtful … But no, it’s different here, it’s above all an entrancing and bewitched Kitsch !
And now you think I’m crazy and yet, we get emotional. You can imagine that she sat here, that she was imspired by every bibelot, you look about for some clues and you find some : the chandelier with two interlaced C and where you can clearly make out the number 5 … and also the little miniature bird cage (precursory of the Etsy cage necklace Gabrielle !). On this occasion, I tried one of the new bags from the Coco Cocoon line (Vanessa Paradis has taken over from Lily Allen, héhé, she’s going back to her beginnings).
Well, I let you visit Coco’s apartments, but wipe you feet before you come in, so as not to make the carpet dirty, right ? See you on Monday, I think I’ve a Sandro jacket to show you . Kisses
Très concentrée en essayant le plus beau sac de la collection selon moi // I’m very concentrating while trying the most beautiful bag of the collection, in my opinion.

Au parc Güell
Le parc Güell … forcément ! Et le cuir Mango dont je vous parlais hier … forcement … Un génialissime perfecto à clous ! Oui oui j’ai déjà un perfecto clouté, mais on a jamais trop de perfecto cloutés, parole de Betty ! Et puis ce n’est pas comme si il avait couté 1/3 de son prix initial hein !!
Sur ce, je vous laisse avec une séance diapo de ce magnifique parc réalisé par Gaudi, quelques gros plans et une photo de vrais touristes qui demandent à un inconnu de les photographier et dont la seule pensée à ce moment précis est : Pourvu qu’il ne se tire pas en courant avec l’appareil photo! The Parc Güell … Inevitably ! And the Mango leather jacket I spoke about yesterday … Inevitably … A great studded Perfecto jacket ! Yes, yes, I already own a studded leather jacket, but we never have enough of them, believe me ! And it’s not as if it costs the third of the initial price, eh !!
So saying, I leave you with some pictures taken in this wonderful park made by Gaudi, some close-up shots and a picture of real tourists asking a stranger to photograph them, and whose only thought at that very moment is : let’s hope he won’t run off with my camera ! Have a nice weekend !

La Marina
S’il y a bien une chose coté shopping à retenir de l’Espagne, ce sont les Zara, Mango et H&M tous les 10 mètres ! ( Les Desigual aussi mais ça, c’est une autre affaire! ). L’autre chose à retenir 
es prix sensiblement plus bas qu’ici ! Et puis bien évidemment Topshop … Un petit topshop qui m’a un poil déçu par sa petitesse, mais pas de quoi décourager une Betty ! Preuve en est avec ces souliers ( oui j’aime bien utiliser le mot souliers, ça leur va tellement bien!) à allure Vintage…
Le genre de chaussures qui vous donne un air trop cooool l’air de rien. Le genre de chaussures que j’aurais trouvé ignobles il y a quelques années aussi ! Bref je les adore et pour ne pas gâcher le plaisir, les brides dorées font « shling shling » quand je marche!
J’ai ÉVIDEMMENT d’autres péchés modeux à vous avouer … Un cuir Mango hypra soldé et des compensées Zara entre autres …
Je vous laisse sur des photos de ma tenue d’il y a quelques jours prisent à la plage de Barcelone ( C’est d’ailleurs pendant cette séance que le Monsieur tout nu s’est dirigé vers nous … Oui! je l’ai vu de face ! Agent Will smith MIB vient me flashouiller la mémoire please !) Bises xxx
What I’ve learnt from shopping in Spain is that there are Mango, Zara and H&M stores every 10 meters ! (Desigual stores too, but it’s another matter !). Another thing I’ve learnt is that the price are appreciably lower compared to France ! And of course, there is a Topshop store … I was a little bit disappointed, the store was so small. But I wasn’t discouraged ! Here is the evidence ! My shoes, so Vintage-looking …
That kind of shoes that, even so, make you look so cooool ! And also that kind of shoes that I would have found horrible a few years ago ! Well, I love them and on top of that, I like the gold buckles making « shling shling » when I walk !
Of course, I’ve much more fashion sins to confess … A Mango leather jacket at a really reduced price and also Zara wedges among other things …
