Je ne vous ai pas encore parlé du shopping à LA, bizarrement je n’ai pas flambé des masses, c’est vrai que les friperies sont géniales: les ribambelles de bottes à 20$, le paquet de fringues autrement plus exploitables que nos friperies parisiennes et leurs tissus nylon de mémé vendus 30e le chiffon …. Et je devrais logiquement vous raconter mes mega craquages, prendre en photo mon tas de bottes et mes habits de lumière 70′s … Mais non, même pas, je n’ai pas eu l’âme fouilleuse, je me suis contentée de me balader et d’admirer de loin, tout simplement car fouiller des friperies (géantes) ça prend du temps ! (et le temps, ça manque cruellement quand on a un Studio Universal à visiter, un casino à aller faire flamber, des stars à aller paparazzer et une plage à aller Baywatchiser ! )

Alors, je n’ai pas fripé comme il se doit, mais j’ai quand même Urban-Outtfitté, et je pense que ce pantalon soldé à 9$ vaut bien une petite perle de friperie que j’aurais pu rater ( Non, je me rassure comme je peux, j’ai du en rater des trucs déments quand même …)

Encore une fois je me plante avec ma valise : quasi vide à l’arrivée et lestée d’à peine 2 kg au retour ! ( Bon, sachant que mon pantalon pèse 100gr, ça laisse quand même quelques petits souvenirs à vous montrer encore !

I’ve not yet written about shopping in LA : strangely enough, I didn’t spend much money, and it’s true that the thrift shops are great : many boots at $20, tons of clothes much more wearable than the clothes we find in our Paris second hand shops with dowdy nylon fabric sold at 30 euros for a piece of rag … I should tell you about all my buys, show you the pictures of my boots as well as my 70′s sparkling costume … None of this, I even didn’t rummage, I’ve just looked round, just because rummaging in such (big) stores takes so much time ! (and there’s not much time left when you want to visit Studio Universal, to gamble in a casino, to be a paparazzi and « Baywatch » the beach !).

So, I didn’t buy anything in secondhand shops but I went at Urban Outfiters and I think that these pants sold at $9 must easily be worth the treasure I would have missed in a thrift shop (No, in fact, I try to reassure myself. Really, I’m sure I’ve missed amazing things …).

Once again, I got my calculations wrong with my suitcase : nearly empty as I arrived in LA and 2 kg overweight on my return ! (well, considering that the pants weigh 100 g., there’s still room enough for some souvenirs to show you !

Voilà c’est vendredi, comme d’hab je vous souhaite (déjà) un bon week end avant même qu’il n’ait commencé ^^ Quant à moi, je suis en train de préparer ma valise ( déjà bien trop remplie! ) et m’apprête à me rendre à Los Angeles pour la première fois ( D’ailleurs n’hésitez pas si vous avez des bons plans et bonnes adresses en tout genre ça m’intéresse grandement …) Bon, je vais continuer ma valise et essayer de résoudre des problèmes mega existentiels : Cette paire de pompe ou celle là ou les deux ? combien de Tee-shirt ? Va falloir trancher cette fois ci, je n’achèterai pas de valises supplémentaires pour le retour :D Bisous

At last, it’s Friday and, as usual, I wish you (already) a great weekend before even it has begun ^^. As for me, I’m packing my suitcase (which is already full ) and I’m getting ready to fly to Los Angeles for the first time (anyway, if you have any ideas, plans, if you know nice places to see or something of the kind, don’t hesitate to let me know, I’m very interested … ). Well, I’ll be keeping on packing my suitcase and worry about the meaning of life : these shoes or those one or maybe the both of them ? How many tee shirts ? This time, I’ll have to take a decision, I won’t buy another suitcase for the return trip :D . Kisses

Oh mais tiens, ça faisait longtemps qu’il n’y avait pas eu de froufrou par ici ( mouhaha oui je reprends mon texte d’hier et je change juste un mot !) Allez sans rire, c’est vrai en plus … Ça fait longtemps qu’il n’y avait pas eu d’arbres verts fluo non plus, ça aussi c’est assez cool pour être souligné … Bon, le froufrou j’en étais un peu lassée, j’en avais plus qu’assez ( Rime copyright Menelik ) mais du froufrou en cuir bizarrement ça ne me fait pas le même effet, tellement diffèrent du froufou nyloné donc j’ai craqué ( Oh yeah!)

Oh,well, it’s a long time since you saw ruffles and flounced clothes in this place (haha, yes, I take up again the same text as yesterday and change just one word !). Come on, joking apart, it’s true moreover … It’s a long time since there wasn’t neon green trees here either and that is cool enough to be stressed … Well, I grew a bit tired of ruffles, I’d had more than enough of them. Oddly enough, with flounced leather piece of clothing, I don’t feel the same about it, so much different from nylon flounced skirt. So, I fell for it !!.

Bon week end !! Arf non je ne me goure pas de jour, le mien est déjà commencé, c’est pour ça … Dernière tenue de la semaine, vous remarquerez mon hommage aux UK, oui car le jean bleach faisait aussi partie de ma commande d’hier … Y’a pas à dire, je suis conquise !
