Asos VS Topshop

It’s just not me to speak about « after-sales service » and so on… But, this time, I really had to tell you about my 2 latest overseas orders. And warn you against the one and shout all my love for the other. Do we begin with the mean one ? I named Topshop.
A few weeks ago, I made a raid on Topshop ‘s site, a real plunder ! I’m happy, life is beautiful….. 21 mail-box opening later (well, only 19 times when considering the bank holidays), it’s still empty. I send a mail to Topshop, a second one, a third one, no response ! Luckily : I paid through PayPal ! Once having open a dispute, I finally got an answer that invites me to « check with my local post office » and also to « wait a month ». That’s it. I placed my order one month ago, and now I will be asking for a refund through PayPal. The moral of this story ? Topshop, houuuuuuuu, wash-out ! A round trip Paris-London with Eurostar would be cheaper ! … And if you pass a postman with a Topshop satin carrot pants …
And now let’s speak about the case Asos ! It’s great, fantastic, kisses, I love you ! In 3 years, I placed 20 orders and got only once a wrong article! I sent a mail and got an personalized answer 5 minutes later ! A mail telling that a second parcel with the right item would be sent ASAP.
And what is the purpose of all this blabla ? I finally made a raid on Asos’s . Articles were delivered within 4 days. And, as it’s at a sale price on the site, I took advantage of it !
